Brand Promotion and Marketing Officer

About the role

Metro Market is looking for a creative and result‑oriented Brand Promotion and Marketing Officer to strengthen the brand presence across all retail outlets. The role involves planning and executing promotional campaigns, designing marketing materials, and managing digital content to drive customer engagement and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Develop and implement brand‑building initiatives across all Metro Market outlets.
• Design promotional assets such as social media creatives, banners, posters, flyers, standees, brochures, and in‑store branding materials.
• Create engaging digital content and manage the company’s social media platforms.
• Coordinate with store teams for festive offers, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
• Lead branding and promotional activities for new store openings, including signage, storefront branding, and launch events.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
• Work with vendors, printers, advertising agencies, and production partners for timely execution.
• Conduct market research, customer feedback analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify new opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Assist in seasonal campaigns, corporate events, CSR activities, and community programs.
• Prepare annual and monthly marketing calendars, promotional plans, and budgets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand promotion or marketing, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong creative mindset with a passion for branding, promotions, store launches, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with store teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
