Business Development Executive – Healthcare

About the role

Helios Hospital is looking for dynamic, result‑oriented Business Development Executives to expand its corporate partnerships and patient referral network. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, and promoting hospital services across various organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase patient referrals and corporate partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, consultants, referring physicians, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute health camps, corporate wellness programs, awareness campaigns, and community outreach activities.
• Promote the hospital’s services to organisations, schools, colleges, and community groups.
• Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and strengthen client relationships.
• Achieve monthly business development, patient acquisition, and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams for successful execution of events.
• Represent the hospital at corporate meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and awareness programs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare periodic business development reports.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, referrals, and business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in hospital business development or a related healthcare sales role.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Result‑driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams.
