Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Business Development Executive to join Sooch Inc, a recruitment agency based in Tripureshwor, Kathmandu. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our HR service portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client meetings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Promote the company's recruitment and HR services to corporate clients.
• Understand client hiring requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Conduct client presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
• Follow up with clients to maintain long‑term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong client‑facing attitude with a passion for helping businesses find talent.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
