Classy Printing Press is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Executive to lead sales initiatives, forge strategic partnerships, and accelerate business growth. The role involves managing client relationships, guiding a sales team, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality printing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet sales and revenue targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and cultivate long‑term relationships with corporate clients and partners.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team to achieve organizational goals.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
