Business Development Manager – Education Partnerships

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead the creation and growth of strategic partnerships with colleges, universities and key education stakeholders, positioning Nepal as a premier destination for international study. This full‑time role combines relationship management, event coordination and market outreach to drive institutional collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and maintain relationships with higher‑education institutions worldwide.
• Develop and negotiate institutional partnership agreements and new business opportunities.
• Plan and execute seminars, conferences, B2B meetings and promotional events to showcase Nepal’s education offerings.
• Represent Study in Nepal Initiatives at stakeholder meetings and industry forums.
• Support marketing, outreach and partnership activities in collaboration with internal teams.

Required profile

• Dynamic and results‑driven professional with a passion for international education.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and strategic planning abilities.
• Proven experience in partnership development or business development within the education sector.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
