Business Development Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to accelerate growth for Kids Pasal, a children‑focused retailer in Kathmandu. The role will focus on uncovering new market opportunities, building strong client and partner relationships, and delivering revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue and market presence.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and business partners.
• Design and execute business development strategies to meet sales targets.
• Conduct market research to track industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support growth initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance and produce regular development reports.
• Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry programs.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through strong relationship management.
