Business Development Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Business Development Officer to join our team on a full‑time basis. In this mid‑level position you will help drive company growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing strategic sales plans.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, meetings, networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, manage CRM records and prepare sales reports.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts and negotiable service agreements.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing principles and market research.
• Highly motivated, goal‑oriented and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective email communication.
