Business Development Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Officer to accelerate our B2B growth. You will identify new market opportunities, generate high‑quality leads, and nurture long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target potential B2B clients using LinkedIn, email, referrals and other channels.
• Build and maintain a robust prospect pipeline and schedule meetings through LinkedIn messages, emails and cold calls.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and service demos.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer service.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in business development, B2B sales or corporate sales.
• Proven track record in B2B client acquisition and lead generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Required skills

• LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with CRM tools.
