Business Manager / Lead – Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Manager / Lead to drive end‑to‑end supply‑chain initiatives. You will oversee partner onboarding, product integration and performance monitoring while guiding a team to meet both individual and collective targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full business cycle with the team, including partner and product onboarding and regular database updates on seller performance.
• Coordinate with team members to achieve personal and team targets.
• Lead negotiations on margins, cost‑price, and marketing investments with flagship partners.
• Identify assortments and negotiate optimal pricing with Level‑0 partners such as brands, direct importers and manufacturers.
• Secure special pricing for major campaigns and implement regular fulfillment plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and conduct market visits to capture emerging product trends.
• Handle stakeholder management across internal and external parties.

Required profile

• Graduate from any discipline; a business degree or supply‑chain certification is a plus.
• Existing connections with manufacturers or direct importers are advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and a track record of both individual and team performance.
• Commitment to company values: customer focus, teamwork, change adoption, integrity and ownership.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
