Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

About the role

The Company is looking for a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to lead its Finance & Accounts function. The CFO will ensure sound financial management, accurate accounting, effective internal controls, and timely financial information for strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall functional leadership to the Finance & Accounts Department across the corporate office, factories, branches and other units.
• Maintain accurate, complete and authorized recording of all financial transactions and uphold robust accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports, ensuring compliance with NFRS/NAS, tax laws, Companies Act, VAT, Excise and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead the preparation of the annual budget, financial plans and cash‑flow forecasts; advise management on profitability, pricing, investment and cost control.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital and banking relationships; monitor bank accounts, loans, guarantees and fund transfers.
• Oversee trade‑finance activities including letters of credit, bank guarantees, import/export financing and coordinate with banks, customs and related parties.
• Supervise manufacturing costing, inventory control, taxation and statutory compliance.
