About the role
Flash Freight Logistics is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Accountant Executive to join its Finance & Accounts team in Pulchowk, Lalitpur. You will be responsible for handling day‑to‑day accounting operations with accuracy and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records, prepare payment vouchers, invoices and journal entries.
- Perform bank, account, customer and vendor reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing and support audit requirements.
- Manage petty cash, vendor documentation and payment processing.
- Coordinate with internal departments and management to prepare financial reports.
- Handle other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Formal accounting background (e.g., degree or diploma).
- Minimum 12 months of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Motivated, organized and capable of meeting deadlines.
