Chief Operations Officer (COO)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our executive team. The COO will partner closely with the CEO to translate the company’s vision into actionable plans, drive operational excellence, and support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day‑to‑day organizational operations.
• Act as a trusted deputy to the CEO and represent the CEO when required.
• Drive strategy execution and manage cross‑functional projects.
• Improve processes, SOPs, systems, and overall operational efficiency.
• Mentor department heads and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support scaling initiatives, workforce planning, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance, governance, quality, and business continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in senior operations or executive leadership roles.
• Proven ability to work as a trusted partner/deputy to a CEO or senior executive.
• Strong strategic and operational thinking with high emotional intelligence.
