Chief Sales Officer

About the role

NightVision is seeking a Chief Sales Officer to shape and execute its sales strategy as the company expands its intelligent surveillance portfolio. The CSO will be responsible for building a scalable, predictable revenue engine, leading a high‑performance sales team, and driving enterprise and channel growth across Nepal and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the overall sales strategy, revenue targets, pipeline management and forecasting.
• Develop and implement B2B, enterprise, channel and direct‑to‑consumer sales plans.
• Establish relationships with major retailers, banks, hotels, hospitals, schools, factories, municipalities and government bodies.
• Build and manage dealer, distributor and strategic partner networks throughout Nepal.
• Lead enterprise sales for CCTV, AI‑enabled surveillance, analytics and SaaS solutions.
• Recruit, train, mentor and retain a high‑performing sales organization.
• Implement strong CRM discipline, sales processes, reporting and forecasting systems.
• Negotiate and close high‑value strategic accounts personally.
• Identify new markets, partnerships and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Technology and Operations to improve acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Design the sales framework for future international expansion.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional sales experience, including 3+ years in senior sales leadership.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Extensive B2B and enterprise sales experience, preferably in security, surveillance or technology sectors.
• Experience managing sales teams and channel partners.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
