Client Relation Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer‑focused Client Relation Assistant to join Rojgari Services in Kathmandu. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience with our recruitment and job posting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Rojgari Services’ recruitment and job posting solutions to targeted accounts and potential clients.
• Deliver clear sales presentations and service demonstrations via phone, online meetings, or in‑person visits.
• Identify leads through research, cold calling, and networking, connecting with decision‑makers.
• Follow up with clients to address inquiries, provide information, and guide sales discussions toward closure.
• Assist clients in navigating the job portal, posting vacancies and accessing services.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Recruitment and Job Matching to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve sales and service targets.
• Share market insights and work with colleagues to resolve client issues.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a passion for building lasting relationships.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Minimum of 12 months of relevant experience in client relations, sales or business development.
