Client Relations Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Client Relations Officer to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, stakeholders, and the wider public. The role focuses on managing professional communication, representing the organization, supporting business relationships, and enhancing the company’s public image.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate professional communication across various channels.
• Represent the organization in meetings, presentations, and public events.
• Support business development initiatives and strengthen the company’s public image.
• Handle media relations and coordinate stakeholder communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communication, client relationship management, business development, or marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confidence in meetings, presentations, negotiations, and external communication.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders professionally.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
