Clinic Incharge – Dental Operations Manager

About the role

Samaj Dental Hospital is seeking a full‑time Clinic Incharge to lead daily operations at its Kathmandu location. The role combines on‑site management with occasional remote tasks, ensuring smooth patient flow, efficient scheduling, and high‑quality service delivery in a fast‑paced dental environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day clinic operations, including patient flow, appointment scheduling, and coordination with dentists and specialists.
• Supervise front‑desk and clinical support staff, delegating tasks and fostering a collaborative work culture.
• Monitor compliance with clinical protocols, maintain a clean and safe environment, and handle patient inquiries and feedback.
• Support basic clinical documentation and prepare regular operational reports for leadership.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and promotional activities to enhance patient retention and clinic outreach.
• Participate in staff training, onboarding new team members, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with clear communication skills.
• Foundational understanding of dental or medical care processes; formal clinical training is a plus.
• Proven leadership experience in supervising staff and promoting teamwork.
• Experience in training or onboarding personnel in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Flexibility to work varied hours as required by clinic operations.
