CMS Lead – OTT Content Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CMS Lead to own the management, operation, and optimisation of our Content Management System across an OTT streaming network. You will drive the digital content lifecycle, ensure seamless delivery across web, mobile and Connected TV, and uphold high metadata and asset standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily configuration, maintenance and architecture of the OTT CMS to guarantee smooth content delivery.
• Manage end‑to‑end video asset workflows, including metadata ingestion, localized taxonomy, asset tagging, dynamic artwork and regional rights distribution.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to build algorithmic and curated carousels, personalised recommendations and targeted promotions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Content Acquisition and QA to define operational requirements, streamline ingestion pipelines and resolve feed issues.
• Evaluate and improve system integrations such as video players, recommendation engines, analytics tools and automated ingestion APIs.
• Ensure all published assets meet quality benchmarks, legal rights windows and parental rating guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in content operations, CMS architecture or digital asset management within OTT, SVOD/AVOD or digital media.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects, meet tight publishing deadlines and communicate technical needs to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong data literacy to use performance analytics for optimising taxonomy, user journeys and watch‑time.
