About the role
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to deliver high‑quality mental health care in our hospital. The role involves providing empathetic patient care, administering medications, managing behavioral crises gently, and supporting holistic recovery plans alongside a multidisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities
- Assess patients' mental well‑being, daily emotional needs, and personal safety with compassion.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patients' comfort and health responses.
- Apply de‑escalation techniques and empathetic communication during moments of emotional distress.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and families to support personalized recovery plans.
- Maintain a peaceful, secure, and reassuring ward environment.
- Educate families and care‑receivers on mental wellness and ongoing treatment steps.
- Safeguard patient dignity, privacy, and fundamental rights throughout care.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and caring records of each patient's progress and daily observations.
