Content Creation Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a creative storyteller to transform our research papers, data and insights into engaging short‑form videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok and whiteboard animations. This is a three‑month contractor position based in Lalitpur, Nepal, focused on bridging the gap between academic research and the public.

Key responsibilities

• Review research materials and develop concise scripts and storyboards for short‑form video concepts.
• Film, edit and produce videos (Reels, TikToks, or whiteboard/explainer formats) that capture key findings.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social‑media trends, audio tracks and format specifications to maximise reach.
• Translate complex, academic content into simple, visual narratives that resonate with everyday viewers.

Required profile

• Strong storytelling ability with experience turning dense information into clear, visual content.
• Familiarity with social‑media platforms and current content trends.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight production deadlines.
