About the role

CodeMantra is seeking a confident, camera‑savvy Content Creator to bring its story to life on social media. You will be the face and voice of the brand, producing short‑form video content that engages students, parents and the wider community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, script, shoot and present engaging short‑form videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Edit raw footage by adding captions, transitions, music and visual effects to deliver polished posts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate creative ideas and campaign concepts.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest social‑media trends and integrate them into content strategies.
• Coordinate with students, parents, influencers or internal team members for collaborative projects.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and produce content that drives engagement and brand awareness.

Required profile

• Strong confidence appearing and speaking on camera.
• Basic to intermediate video‑editing proficiency using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Rush or InShot.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Nepali or both.
• Creative mindset with a solid understanding of social‑media trends and audience engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.
