Content Creator & Presenter for Real Estate

About the role

Jimmal Group, a leading real‑estate firm in Kathmandu, is looking for a dynamic Content Creator (Presenter) to produce and deliver engaging property‑related media. You will work closely with marketing, sales and operations teams to showcase listings, market trends and company services across digital channels and live events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, script, film and present video content that highlights properties and market insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional assets and social media posts.
• Participate in property showcases, client presentations and community events as the on‑camera host.
• Ensure all information presented is accurate, up‑to‑date and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage content calendars, scripts and project timelines.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication in English and Nepali, comfortable speaking on camera.
• Organizational ability to handle multiple content projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of digital media platforms and common content formats.
• Prior experience in content creation, presenting, media or marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with Nepal’s real‑estate market, especially in Kathmandu, is advantageous.
