Content & Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Content & Digital Marketing Executive to manage the clinic’s online presence. You will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, handling digital communications, and supporting marketing campaigns to strengthen our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update all clinic social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) professionally.
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries across social channels.
• Handle official email correspondence and online communication efficiently.
• Create, schedule and publish regular, engaging social media posts.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions and creative content planning.
• Monitor audience engagement, track performance metrics and report insights.
• Ensure timely updates across all digital platforms and channels.
• Assist in planning promotional activities and maintain positive communication with online audiences.

Required profile

• Intermediate education completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media handling preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and email handling.
• Ability to manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Creative, active and confident in online communication.
• Basic familiarity with Canva and MS Office is an advantage.
• Team‑player able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
