Content Producer & Creative Director

About the role

We are looking for a Content Producer and Creative Director to own Neboer’s content pipeline from script writing through shoot planning to final delivery. This full‑time role will relieve the founders of day‑to‑day content logistics and build a repeatable system for producing brand‑aligned videos and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Creative scripting: write and develop scripts and concepts for reels, campaigns, and product content across Neboer Carry and Neboer Wears.
• Content planning: maintain monthly and weekly content calendars, define themes, formats, posting cadence and channel mix for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and the website.
• Shoot production: manage pre‑production tasks including scheduling, model casting, location scouting, and coordination with in‑house videographer and external talent.
• Budgeting: prepare and control shoot budgets (locations, models, props, incidentals) and ensure spend stays within approved limits.
• Direction & editing: direct shoots, brief editors, review cuts and perform hands‑on editing when needed.
• Cross‑team collaboration: work closely with founders and design/marketing teams to keep content aligned with brand identity, seasonal moments and sales priorities.

Required profile

• At least 24 months (2 years) of experience in content production, scripting and creative direction.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end content pipelines from concept to final edited delivery.
• Experience coordinating shoots, casting models, scouting locations and handling production budgets.
