Corporate Finance Manager

About the role

The Corporate Finance Manager will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to shape the company’s financial strategy. This senior position involves overseeing financial planning, cash flow management, and investment portfolio monitoring across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the CFO in preparing financial strategy papers, projections, cash‑flow analysis, capital allocation summaries and management reports.
• Assist the CFO in monitoring financial and investment activities of assigned entities.
• Follow up on financial control mechanisms to prevent fraud, revenue leakage, unauthorized transactions and process deviations.
• Compile and monitor investment portfolio data, including fixed deposits, bonds, equities, real estate and other approved assets.
• Coordinate with departments and branches to ensure timely submission of financial data, supporting documents, variance explanations and budget inputs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (MBA – Finance), Economics or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, CMA or equivalent is highly preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, treasury, budgeting, accounting, financial reporting or investment management.
• 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience in capital budgeting, investment analysis, cash‑flow management and working‑capital optimisation.
