Corporate Finance & Strategy Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Finance & Strategy professional to join our team in Kathmandu. In this high‑impact individual contributor role you will work closely with the Managing Director, turning data into strategic decisions that drive growth across multiple business verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and financial performance across multiple entities and functions.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support strategic planning.
• Evaluate business opportunities, investments, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
• Prepare business plans, feasibility studies, and data‑driven recommendations for leadership.
• Create executive dashboards and performance reports to monitor key business and financial KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve business performance and support decision‑making.
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with sound financial principles.

Required profile

• CA/ACCA/MBA (Finance) qualification.
• Minimum 4 + years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Business Analysis, Strategy, or Management Consulting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling, scenario analysis, and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical capabilities and solid understanding of financial statements and business performance drivers.
• Working knowledge of accounting systems such as Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
