Corporate Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Corporate Sales Coordinator will own the development and maintenance of customer relationships, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction and revenue growth. This role drives business expansion within assigned accounts, handling end‑to‑end sales processes and supporting marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and expand customer relationships while ensuring high satisfaction.
• Develop and expand business within assigned accounts to generate revenue and improve profitability.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to lead‑to‑cash, meeting or exceeding KPI targets.
• Coordinate marketing promotion activities, presentations, and brand‑building events.
• Resolve business‑related issues, providing suitable solutions and coordinating with customers until closure.
• Collect market information, perform analysis, and report findings to management.
• Support internal departments (marketing, project, etc.) to deliver acceptable solutions.
• Handle government bidding, contract negotiation, project implementation, and commercial collection.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in telecommunications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or a related sector.
