Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

The Enterprise Account Manager will own the development and expansion of customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction while driving revenue growth for the company. This role combines sales operations, market analysis, and cross‑functional coordination to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and expand relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Generate new business opportunities, manage lead‑to‑cash processes and exceed account KPIs.
• Handle marketing promotions, presentations and brand‑building activities.
• Resolve business‑related issues, coordinate solutions with customers until closure.
• Collect and analyse market, competitor and customer information and report to management.
• Support internal teams (marketing, project, etc.) to deliver acceptable solutions.
• Manage government bidding, contract negotiation, project implementation and commercial collection.
• Produce sales forecasts, pipeline analysis and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in telecommunications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
