Customer Service Representative – Front Desk & Client Support

About the role

We are seeking a confident and responsible Front Desk & Client Support Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The role combines telephone handling, client communication, basic social‑media management and routine administrative duties in a dynamic office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
• Greet, welcome and assist clients and visitors at the front desk.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email or social‑media channels.
• Post and manage basic content on social‑media platforms.
• Maintain accurate client records, follow‑up details and internal coordination.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements.
• Conduct occasional visits to banks or external locations for official work.
• Support routine administrative and office activities.

Required profile

• Minimum +2 completed; candidates currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree are encouraged to apply.
• Freshers welcome; experience in reception, client handling, customer service or administration is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, confident demeanor with a willingness to learn.
• Organized, responsible and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of social‑media platforms.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
