About the role

We are seeking a friendly and detail‑oriented Customer Support Representative to engage with our customers across multiple channels. The role involves answering inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Resolve product or service issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Provide feedback to improve products, services, and the customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Previous experience in a customer service or support role is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills
