About the role

Our client is seeking a reliable, customer‑focused specialist to handle support inquiries via email and live chat. The role is fully non‑voice, focusing on warranty claims, product registrations and providing accurate, timely solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through email and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Process and manage product warranty claims, ensuring all required documentation is collected.
• Handle product registrations accurately and verify warranty eligibility.
• Document interactions, claims and resolutions in the appropriate systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team and identify recurring customer problems.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.
• Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with help‑desk and ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of live‑chat platforms.
