About the role
Tezash Tech, part of Tez Health Care, is hiring a full-time Technical Support & Implementation Engineer in Nepal. The role supports the company's EMR and Hospital Management Software across healthcare institutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support to hospitals and healthcare staff.
- Install, configure and implement EMR/HMS software.
- Troubleshoot software, database and network issues.
- Train hospital staff and resolve day-to-day system problems.
- Coordinate with the development team on bug fixes and improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with hospital software is an advantage.
- Freshers with good technical skills are encouraged to apply.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL/MySQL
- Basic knowledge of networking
- Basic troubleshooting skills
