Dental Hospital Manager

About the role

Samaj Dental Hospital is looking for an experienced Dental Hospital Manager to lead daily operations, drive patient growth, and ensure high‑quality service delivery. The role reports directly to the Director and requires strong analytical and leadership abilities to support sustainable hospital development.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily hospital operations and performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet sales, patient, collection, and revenue targets.
• Monitor revenue, patient flow, treatment conversion, expenses and overall business metrics.
• Analyse patient data (new vs. returning, sources, geographic locations, department‑wise flow) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular operational and business performance reports to the Director.
• Set departmental and individual performance targets and track progress.
• Collaborate with Marketing to design and evaluate campaigns, referral programs, and patient acquisition initiatives.
• Ensure excellent patient experience, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain service quality.
• Supervise all hospital staff, manage attendance, duty rosters, leave, and productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital or clinic management.
• Proven ability to analyse performance data and implement growth strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.
