DevOps Trainee

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic DevOps Trainee to join our team and start their career in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, automation, and software deployment. The trainee will work closely with experienced DevOps and development teams, gaining hands‑on exposure to modern tools and technologies while supporting day‑to‑day infrastructure and deployment activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the DevOps team in managing development and staging environments.
• Support basic CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance.
• Help with application deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Gain hands‑on exposure to AWS and Azure cloud services.
• Assist with Linux server administration, Bash scripting, and Terraform infrastructure management.
• Participate in monitoring, logging, and system health checks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Linux, Git, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Docker and any CI/CD tool (advantage).
• Basic knowledge of AWS or Azure (a plus).
• Simple scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar.
• Strong interest in DevOps, cloud technologies, and automation.
• Good problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
