DI – Service Executive (Automotive Service Operations)

About the role

The DI – Service Executive will support and monitor service operations across authorized dealers and service centers. You will travel frequently to dealer workshops, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor day‑to‑day service operations at authorized dealer workshops.
• Visit dealer service centers regularly to assess performance, quality, and productivity.
• Ensure implementation of service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Track service targets, vehicle inflow, repeat repairs, complaints, and warranty claims.
• Coordinate technical issues with dealers and provide necessary support.
• Inspect workshop tools, equipment, and spare‑parts availability.
• Support dealers in improving technician efficiency, repair quality, and turnaround time.
• Deliver product and technical updates, and organise training programmes for dealer technicians.
• Prepare reports on visits, performance, complaints, warranty actions, and corrective measures.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in automobile after‑sales or service operations (dealer or workshop experience preferred).
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently to dealer locations.
• Valid driving licence (preferred).

Required skills

• Good knowledge of automobile servicing, diagnostics and workshop operations.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
