Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to shape the online presence of our real‑estate business. You will produce engaging property‑focused content, manage social media channels, and run digital advertising campaigns to generate awareness and qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop fresh content ideas for properties, projects and real‑estate topics.
• Plan, shoot and edit property videos, walkthroughs, reels and short‑form promotional clips.
• Appear on camera for property showcases and social‑media posts when required.
• Visit property sites to capture photos and video footage.
• Maintain and regularly post on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Create graphics, promotional materials and social‑media creatives using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools.
• Write clear, engaging captions and property‑related copy.
• Set up, manage and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads for property promotion and lead generation.
• Monitor campaign performance, inquiries, reach, leads and other digital‑marketing metrics.
• Prepare basic performance reports and stay updated on social‑media trends.
• Coordinate with sales and internal teams to align marketing efforts with available properties.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of digital‑marketing experience, preferably in real‑estate or related sectors.
• Comfortable visiting properties, appearing on camera and working independently.
• Strong creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Good communication, planning and coordination skills.

What we offer

• Full‑time position (10 AM – 6 PM, 6 days a week)
• Competitive salary range NPR 25,000 – 35,000 per month
