About the role

SkillShikshya is seeking a growth‑obsessed Digital Marketing & Growth Executive who will treat the brand like their own product. You will own the full marketing funnel, from paid acquisition to viral campaigns, and drive enrollments for thousands of students.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end growth strategies covering ads, content, and funnels.
• Launch, test, and scale viral or guerrilla marketing campaigns that capture attention.
• Plan, manage, and optimise Meta and Google advertising with a focus on conversions and ROI.
• Build and refine full‑funnel systems from awareness through retention.
• Provide script direction and creative angles that hook audiences.
• Collaborate hands‑on with video editors and designers to produce high‑performing creatives.
• Maintain brand voice, positioning, and storytelling across all channels.
• Track key metrics such as CPL, conversion rates, and growth velocity.
• Mentor junior team members and push for rapid execution.

Required profile

• Strong performance‑marketing background with proven results on Meta and Google platforms.
• Ability to turn ideas into data‑driven campaigns quickly.
• Decisive, fast‑moving mindset that tests, learns, and iterates without waiting for validation.
• Excellent communication skills for leading and aligning cross‑functional teams.
