Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist

About the role

Dormo Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to drive awareness and acquisition for LowPropTax, a property tax appeal service for U.S. property owners. You will create and optimise campaigns, produce SEO‑focused content, and track performance from click to conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage Facebook and Instagram organic content and paid campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, creative testing and performance optimisation.
• Set up, test and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, conversion events and work with developers on Conversions API integration.
• Use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and UTM parameters to measure the full customer journey and report on qualified leads, CAC and conversion rates.
• Research search intent and write SEO‑optimised articles, FAQs and landing‑page copy for U.S. property owners, maintaining on‑page SEO elements.
• Translate customer questions into blog posts, email follow‑ups and simple graphics or short videos using Canva or CapCut.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve landing pages, forms and lead‑follow‑up processes.
• Provide regular performance reports and recommend actions to scale successful tactics.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience with demonstrable campaign results.
• Strong English writing and editing skills, with experience publishing SEO content.
• Ability to understand business revenue models and link marketing spend to customer acquisition.
• Self‑starter who can research unfamiliar topics, verify sources and explain complex concepts clearly.
• Effective prioritisation and execution in a small, fast‑moving team.
