Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid advertising and brand marketing initiatives. You will plan, execute, and optimise campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate high‑quality leads, and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Develop and execute brand‑marketing strategies to strengthen positioning.
• Monitor performance, optimise budgets and maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high‑performing creatives.
• Analyse data, produce regular performance reports and present insights.
• Manage marketing calendars, promotions and product‑launch campaigns.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital‑marketing trends, tools and platform updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, SEM and campaign optimisation.
• Strong analytical, communication and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.
