Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Officer to boost our online presence and support the Academy’s marketing and digital initiatives. The role combines strategic campaign planning with hands‑on content creation, photography, video production and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create and schedule engaging content for social media, website and email newsletters.
• Capture, edit and publish photos and videos from events and promotional activities.
• Manage social media platforms, grow followers and increase audience engagement.
• Support SEO efforts and generate regular analytics and performance reports.
• Maintain content libraries and digital asset databases.
• Assist the IT team with digital transformation projects when needed.

Required profile

• Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling.
• Motivated, self‑starter able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Minimum two years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
