Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

SoftUp is looking for a creative, tech‑savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to join its hybrid team in Kathmandu. You will work closely with senior leadership to design and execute multi‑channel campaigns that drive brand awareness and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas with the content team.
• Research markets and industries to produce original, SEO‑optimized articles, blogs, and social posts.
• Manage multiple client accounts, optimizing each for specific performance goals.
• Plan, launch, and continuously optimize display, paid social, and search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.
• Write ad copy, create landing pages, and craft eye‑catching headlines.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Build marketing dashboards and generate weekly/quarterly performance reports.
• Present insights and optimization ideas to senior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, journalism or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SEO and SEM experience.
• Strong English grammar and writing skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Familiarity with Hindu culture and related terminology is a plus.
