About the role

Advance Group is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen its brand presence in the cosmetics and FMCG sectors. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing multi‑channel digital campaigns to boost audience engagement and organic visibility.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Plan, launch, and manage 360° multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and promotional activities.
  • Supervise the creation of creative content for digital channels.
  • Monitor and improve brand visibility, audience engagement, and organic search performance.

Required profile

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in digital marketing and brand management.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
  • Proven track record in campaign execution and content planning.
