Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to design, test, analyze, and continuously improve paid digital campaigns. The role focuses on driving performance across Meta and Google platforms while leveraging data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Implement GA4, pixel setup, event tracking, and analytics reporting.
• Monitor and improve CPC, CPA, and overall conversion rates.
• Create and edit short‑form video content for ad creatives.
• Adopt a test‑and‑learn approach to refine targeting and bidding strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of paid digital marketing experience.
• Hands‑on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, pixel implementation, event tracking, and analytics.
• Understanding of CPC, CPA, and conversion metrics.
• Comfortable producing short‑form video content.
• Fluent in Nepali with strong working English.
• Test‑and‑learn mindset for campaign optimization.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, B2B, SEO, or CRM marketing is a plus.
