Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Nepal Media is seeking a full‑time Digital Marketing Specialist to join its on‑site team in Kathmandu. The specialist will design, launch and refine digital campaigns that boost brand awareness and audience engagement across multiple online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns on social media, search and other online platforms.
• Manage social media accounts, create and schedule engaging content.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse web and engagement metrics.
• Coordinate with content creators and designers to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Conduct market and competitor research and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Contribute to overall marketing strategy and support business‑development goals.

Required profile

• Demonstrated skills in digital and online marketing, with experience managing social media campaigns.
• Ability to use web analytics tools to track performance, interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing and content marketing is beneficial.
• Familiarity with common marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kathmandu, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and pay attention to detail.
