About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead the development and execution of data‑driven marketing campaigns that align with client objectives. The role serves as the main liaison between clients and the creative team, ensuring strategic recommendations are translated into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that support client goals and business targets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, campaign briefings, and strategic advice.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs and coordinate tasks across account managers, content creators, designers, video editors and other specialists.
• Plan content calendars, campaign timelines and marketing activities to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Review and approve social media posts, graphics, videos, ads and reports, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and provide optimisation recommendations.
• Identify and implement AI tools, automation and process improvements to boost team productivity.
• Stay current with industry trends, platform updates and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, strategy development or account management.
• Strong client communication, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail when reviewing creative assets.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving skills.
