Digital Marketing Strategist

About the role

Abasar Nepal Private Limited is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to join its Kathmandu office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on planning, executing, and optimizing data‑driven digital campaigns that support the company’s HR and BPO services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across search, social, email, and display channels.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, captions, and promotional creatives) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
• Maintain social media content calendars and ensure timely publishing.
• Monitor industry trends, hashtags, formats, and platform updates to maximize reach and engagement.
• Coordinate with graphic design, marketing, and content teams to produce high‑quality visual and video assets.
• Manage community interactions, responding to comments, messages, and mentions professionally.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, followers, conversions) using analytics tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support paid social media campaign execution in collaboration with the advertising team.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media ecosystems.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft platform‑appropriate captions.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within cross‑functional teams.
• Passion for staying up‑to‑date with emerging digital trends and tools.

Required skills

• Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Proficiency in content creation and scheduling tools.
• Ability to analyze performance data and generate reports.
