Enterprise Sales Officer – BFI Focused

About the role

The Enterprise Sales Officer – BFI Focused will drive growth of enterprise connectivity and ICT solutions within the Banking, Financial Institutions and Insurance sector. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision‑makers and manage the sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new BFI customers for enterprise connectivity and ICT solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers at banks, insurers, micro‑finance institutions and cooperatives.
• Generate, track and manage a sales pipeline to achieve assigned revenue and acquisition goals.
• Coordinate with technical and solution teams to prepare proposals and design solutions.
• Ensure timely contract signing, service delivery and post‑sale customer satisfaction.
• Maintain regular updates of sales activities, pipeline status and forecasts in CRM/reporting systems.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client requirements within the BFI segment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Information Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B/Enterprise sales experience, preferably in ISP, telecom, ICT or technology solutions.
• Experience handling BFI clients is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Own a two‑wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.

Required skills

• CRM usage for pipeline and forecasting management.
