Factory HR Manager – Automobile Assembly Plant

About the role

The Factory HR Manager will lead all human‑resource functions at an automobile assembly plant in Parasi, ensuring that staffing, employee relations, compliance and engagement are aligned with production goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations, maintain employee records, contracts, attendance and leave documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and systems that support organisational objectives.
• Plan manpower requirements based on production targets, coordinate recruitment and onboarding of technicians, operators, supervisors and support staff.
• Oversee attendance, shift scheduling, overtime, leave management and workforce deployment, and maintain HR MIS.
• Handle employee and industrial relations, resolve grievances, disciplinary matters and support labour negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with Nepal labour laws, Social Security Fund regulations and other statutory requirements, maintaining required registers and records.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing, including attendance inputs, overtime, incentives and deductions, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing HR functions in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Nepal labour legislation and statutory compliance.
• Ability to partner with plant leadership and functional heads to align HR initiatives with production needs.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
