About the role
Prakriti Farms is looking for a proactive and organized Farm Supervisor to oversee daily farm operations, coordinate field staff, and ensure smooth execution of agricultural activities. The role involves frequent travel to the farm site in Arghakhanchi and may require staying on‑site as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily farm operations and field staff.
- Monitor crop cultivation, health, and productivity, recommending improvements.
- Conduct field surveys and prepare regular progress reports.
- Maintain accurate records using MS Excel.
- Ensure proper utilization of farm resources, equipment, and logistical supplies.
- Report challenges, activities, and progress to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Coordinate transportation, supplies, and other logistical requirements.
Required profile
- Basic knowledge of farming practices.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a rural environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently and stay on‑site when required.
