About the role

Life Sciences Solutions is looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across Nepal. You will promote and sell specialized medical and laboratory equipment, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals while managing a defined sales territory.

Key responsibilities

  • Promote laboratory instruments and diagnostic equipment to hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic laboratories.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market‑growth targets.
  • Provide product demonstrations, technical presentations, and post‑sale support.
  • Build and sustain trust‑based relationships with key decision‑makers such as laboratory managers, scientists, surgeons, and procurement teams.
  • Conduct market research to monitor competitor activity and emerging healthcare trends.

Required profile

  • Minimum 12 months of experience in sales of medical, biomedical or laboratory equipment.
  • Field‑based mindset with willingness to travel across Nepal.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
