Finance Accounts and Admin Head

About the role

The Finance Accounts and Admin Head will shape and execute the financial strategy that supports the company’s growth objectives. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board, this senior leader will ensure robust financial governance across manufacturing, commercial, and administrative functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, costing, MIS, and management reporting.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, treasury, credit control, receivables, payables and fund management.
• Ensure compliance with NFRS, VAT, TDS, Income Tax, audit and other statutory requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management and asset protection.
• Drive cost optimisation, profitability improvement and operational efficiency in manufacturing and supply‑chain operations.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage finance, accounting, commercial and control teams, and external relationships with banks, auditors and tax authorities.
• Evaluate major investments, capital expenditures and financing needs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; professional certification (CA, ACCA) preferred.
• Extensive experience in strategic finance leadership within manufacturing or similar environments.
• Proven track record in cost optimisation, risk management and strengthening internal controls.
• Strong ability to partner with senior management and the Board.
